About

The 2025 PGA High School Golf Coaches Conference will be held on Thursday, Friday & Saturday, January 23rd – 25th.  We will be offering an in-person experience at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL in conjunction with the PGA Show and our presenting partner, Titleist & FootJoy.

For those Coaches unable to make it to Orlando this year, we will be offering a virtual option on Thursday, January 23rd.  Virtual attendees will be able to join this year’s event from the comfort of their own office, school, or home.  The conference will be recorded and sent to all attendees to access on-demand.

We have secured a hotel block exclusive for the High School Golf Coaches.  Click here to book your hotel near Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.  We have arranged for discounted hotel pricing if booked prior to December 15th.

This year’s conference will bring together active high school golf coaches, assistant coaches, high school administrators, PGA & LPGA Professionals and industry leaders for a dynamic, interactive, and educational experience. All are welcome.

The Coaches Clinic & Golf Tournament will be at Disney’s Lake Buena Vista GC on Saturday, January 25th.  It will be limited to the first 60-paid coaches.

EARLY BIRD PRICING: Full Conference (Th-Fr) plus Golf @ Disney’s Lake Buena Vista (Sat) is only $259 (Till 1/3 or sold out – normally $279).

Sign-up for the Thursday & Friday conference only ($149).

Saturday Only: Clinic, Lunch & Golf – No conference on Thurs-Fri ($169).

After 1/12, it may cost up-to $149 to get an attendee badge for the PGA Show.

Virtual Conference Package – Thursday, January 23rd ($49) – Includes access to the virtual conference on Thursday along with recordings to each of the sessions post-event.

**Registration includes the ability to get a badge to attend the PGA Show for any coach that wishes to attend in-person. It may be a $149 fee after 1/12.
