Best Junior Golf Academies in the U.S.

Junior golf academies can be found throughout the U.S. and are a great option for high school golfers to get instruction from top PGA and LPGA professionals. In addition to great instruction, a junior golfer can experience teamwork, living in a community, and personal development while at an academy. Below you will find some of the top junior golf academies in the U.S.

David Leadbetter Junior Golf Academy 

Location: Champions Gate, FL (World Headquarters)

Cost: $2,350 per week (boarding) $1,650 per week (non-boarding)

Description: 4:1 Student to coach ratio, private 1 on 1 instruction with Leadbetter, international education and accommodation available at Windermere Preparatory School

Why its unique?: 40 Locations Worldwide. Holistic approach to the game. David has helped coach players to 26 major championships and over 150 individual worldwide wins

Gary Gilchrist Junior Golf Academy  

Location: Howey-In-The-Hills, FL

Cost: Summer Camps: $2,250 per week (boarding) $1,850 per week (non-boarding)

Tournament Training: $4,950 per camp (boarding) / $4,150 per camp (non-boarding)

Description: Week Long Camps: swing video analysis, development plan & golf instruction, on course training and custom golf bags

IMG Junior Golf Academy 

Location: Bradenton, FL

Cost: Single Semester: $50,700

Description: Assessment & Goal Training, Foundation Training, Scoring Skills, Tournament play

International Junior Golf Academy

Location: Bluffton, SC

Cost: Approx. $63,000 a year

Description: Golf Development, college planning and placement (near 100% college placement rate), leadership and character development, housing and meals

Junior Players Golf Academy

Description: Private Instruction, housing and transportation, video swing analysis, Hurricane Junior Tour and International Junior Golf Tour memberships, college placement assistance.

Mike Bender Golf Academy
