An alternative to playing varsity college golf

From collegiate Division 1 scholarship recipients to golfers who shoot in 100’s, it has been great getting to witness and help shape these golfers’ futures.
As a coach, one of the things I get asked most often is “what does it take for me to play varsity golf in college?” For some (and I do mean some), D1 scholarships are a reality especially for those who average around par. For many, their competitive golf career of playing on a team ends when the caps are thrown at graduation. Not so fast….
